The Dairy has been awarded a Visit Britain - Quality in Tourism 4 star rating. The number of stars gives you an indication of accommodation standard, cleanliness, ambience, hospitality, service and food. Four Stars indicate 'Excellent standard throughout'. As part of the Visit Britain scheme, the Dairy has also been awarded a Silver Award for Excellence. This award is given to Hotels and Guest Accommodation. It reflects a high level of quality, comfort and cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms with very good levels of customer care and food provision.

We harve participated in Welcome Host, a one-day training programme designed to help participants to acquire new customer service and communication skills, as well as to improve their knowledge of local facilities and services.

We are a member of Hampshire Fare, a not-for-profit organisation, established in 1991 to encourage more people to use local produce. Where possible, we try and source the produce and ingredients used in our breakfast and private dining menus from local suppliers, local growers and ensure that they are organically grown and fairly traded.
